This typically includes your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number, the topic and identity platform you are interested in, and any message you send us.

We also collect non-personal, technical information automatically when you visit the Site, such as your browser type, device, approximate location, pages viewed and referring links. On its own this information does not identify you.

How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you (through the contact form, email, telephone and meetings), automatically through your use of the Site (including cookies and analytics), and occasionally from third parties such as our technology and referral partners where you have engaged with them and consented to that sharing.

Why We Collect and How We Use It

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you request;
• deliver, support and improve our advisory, implementation, licensing and managed Identity services;
• communicate with you about your enquiry, engagement or service updates;

Contact Form and Enquiries

Information you submit through the contact form is sent to our team so we can respond, and a copy is retained for enquiry tracking and quality purposes. We use anti-spam measures (including Cloudflare Turnstile and hidden form controls) to protect the form; these help us confirm a submission is genuine and are not used to profile you. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Analytics

The Site may use cookies and privacy-conscious analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. Analytics data is aggregated and used for statistical purposes. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality.

AI and Automated Processing

Knowledge On TAP develops and operates AI-assisted Identity capabilities (including our KonTAP MCP operations and Agentic AI services). Where we use AI-assisted tools in operating the Site or delivering services, they operate under confidentiality obligations, least-privilege access and human oversight. We do not use personal information you submit through the Site to train public or third-party generative AI models, and we do not use automated processing to make decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you without human involvement.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose your personal information to our personnel and to trusted service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver services (for example email, hosting, security and analytics providers), and to technology or referral partners where relevant to your enquiry and consistent with this policy. We require these parties to protect your information. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

Overseas Disclosure

Consistent with our “Source Global. Service Local.” model, some of our service providers or specialists may be located, or store data, outside Australia. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs.
